      It was once a good company

      Cons

      Success blinded, dissolved the organization No good sales people left Senior developers not reviewing the code lead to failed projects No good project managers No control on resources Salaries on time is a rarity struggling to get projects delivered Every senior manager in this org is a unworthy. Heavily self-centric with too much of I in the org. No respect to employees. Senior managers feel each of one of them are working for Steve Jobs.. Please realize that you are working SG not SJ.

      Pros

      I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

      Cons

      The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
