      Nothing is good in this company

      Cons

      1. They will tell you put paper or else if we will fire then it will not be good for you. 2. After you resign, they will ask you to apply all earned vacation so that they will not pay you for that 3. They will make your life hell in notice period 4. Very cheap mentality and that's why they are shrinking and this company will get close soon

      Pros

      I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

      Cons

      The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
