Pros
Pay is great, benefits are good as well. But not worth all the troubles and stress.
Cons
Micromanaging owner who has no idea about hospitality. Sales Manager has 4 associates and can’t make a sale. Was the owners baby sitter. 2 HR people that have the worst hiring practices. They are in the red and are under water. Short staffed because they can’t pay them. So great Idea hire another accountant that will solve all the problems.
