Corrosive - Anonymous employee Atkore Employee Review

This is a highly corrosive environment where people are de humanized and treated like numbers. It seems a culture is fostered where assigning blame for failures is the number one objective. Accountability is supposedly a core value of this company but management can never be held accountable without severe retaliation. Very hypocritical. Ask almost any employee in the entire company why they work here and they will certainly say they are looking for a better opportunity just haven’t found one yet. It is clear the company has very little respect for employees.
