Atkore UK/EUR, Talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. They will talk about Strategy People processes, they really don't care about the people. They talk a lot about culture but scratch below the surface you will see that this isn't true. Narcissistic 'blame' leadership in the UK, looking after themselves, and no ownership, yes everything is everyone else's problem. Culture is so bad, HR are only interested in ticking spreadsheets. Totally focused on profit and growth with it always being the customers fault. The business hides so much from its American owners, its incredible that it has never been caught.
