      Management is very flexible with scheduling or maybe I just got lucky with where I was placed.

      Cons

      Understaffed amd this whole merging of teller amd banker duties DOES NOT work. Most of the time they have us running around like lunatics from one end to the other.

      Pros

      Benefits were good, employees were nice and knowledgeable, customers were always nice (at times) learning more about the financial industry.

      Cons

      goals are ridiculous. Management were constantly bothersome about unrealistic goals, work/life balance is bad.
