Business Outlook
Pros
Management always tells it like it is. Not always easy to swallow but appreciate knowing where we stand at all times and the direct honesty. Debt free company. Never have to worry about my paycheck bouncing (like happened at the last moving company I worked for).
Cons
The moving business is not an easy industry. Our van line knows we will find solutions with or without their assistance due to our large network and fleet so they don't always help operations coverage as much as we would like...
