Business Outlook
Pros
Exciting technologies with some very passionate people on the team. The lure of big things to come. CTO/Founder is a great evangelist and easy to work with. New systems and teams (marketing, CRM, portal, etc). This upcoming half of a year will make or break the company.
Cons
Visibility and communication are extremely lacking. Massive turnover and reorganizing. No management whatsoever. Asking for when a deal is closing is not managing. No perks whatsoever. Benefits are so-so. CEO can lash out, but usually has good reason. Internal infrastructure was previously built on duct tape and bailing wire, this is being addressed. CEO, for lack of a better term, is 'cheap'. Very frugal and barebones.
