You had lot of opportunity to learn new tech stacks.

I cannot think of any cons.

Good product. People I worked with were awesome and genuinely wanted to help.

They were never able to differentiate themselves in the market. Marketing efforts were non-existent. Go to market messaging was all over the map. You got different answers depending on who you asked. Leadership suffers from a combination of delusion and ignorance. None of them are listening to the customers or field employees. I also second previous reviews that management typically will take drastic short term steps to address long term problems. For example: why does a company this size need two CTOs? Most companies twice the size have only 1. They also dont appreciate nor respect a different point of view. Licensing model is confusing and sometime misleading to customers.
