Pros
General manager is understanding, effective and communicates well. Work is straight forward and relatively simple. Schedule is great! It's actually fun most of the time!
Cons
Zero chance for upward mobility here. Can be boring with nothing to do, or slammed with way, way too much to finish. Usually, no middle ground. Very tight work space! Unrealistic expectations from upper management.
