Pros
Higher salary could be your only reason. The people in Atlas, people like you are fantastic though. Family life and work life balance is zero. They will talk about big things and ideas. But will continue to make you do the same rut.
Cons
Beware of the bond which they often hush up. Environment is like a jail. You will hear comments like "every minute is paid for" at all times from management. They have a set of values which the management themselves do not follow. MD is a guy who thinks he knows it all. Coercive and calculating.
