Pros
They really care about company culture and encourage a 'family-oriented' atmosphere that allows their employees to manage their lives amidst the chaos of the industry.
Cons
Could potentially have some better organization as far as operations. I think many people in the company felt overworked and stressed out for most of the time. Not the most diverse company in terms of employees, but I think they know this and want to bring in more diversity.
