Pros

Atomic Learning has the greatest leadership team I have ever worked with at a company. They are highly considerate and open to new ideas and input from all levels of the organization. The company cares about employees and is dedicated to providing a great work environment whether you work remotely or work in the office. Amazing employee benefits - 100% medical and dental coverage with a contribution to an HSA along with great vacation, 401k match and many other perks and fun throughout the year. The organization's purpose is admirable and you feel that you are part of an organization that makes a difference impacting learners all over the globe. I am proud to be part of the Atomic Learning team. It challenges me to be better, both personally and professionally.

Cons

It's a small company (however growing) and advancement opportunities are limited in some positions. Otherwise I can honestly say it's the best work environment I have ever experienced.

Pros

Working Schedule and Flexibility Friendly Co-Workers

Cons

Pay - horrible and the only ones that get good pay are the executive and leadership team, yet, others are the ones that do most of the work. Executive team is horrible ever since our CEO left - and the reason she left is because of the unethical things that our CFO did. Disgusting. Now we are left to trust our CFO to run our company until the new CEO gets in place?? Ridiculous. Executive and Leadership team do not hold people accountable. Employees sit around and do nothing for the majority of the day, and leadership sits right next to them and don't say a word, yet the ones that do their work consistently, never get recognized - that is, unless you are on the "golden team"...but most of them are in a special "group" to help make decisions.
