Atomic Learning has the greatest leadership team I have ever worked with at a company. They are highly considerate and open to new ideas and input from all levels of the organization. The company cares about employees and is dedicated to providing a great work environment whether you work remotely or work in the office. The organization's purpose is admirable and you feel that you are part of an organization that makes a difference impacting learners all over the globe. Cons
It's a small company (however growing) and advancement opportunities are limited in some positions. Otherwise I can honestly say it's the best work environment I have ever experienced.
