Pros

There is definitely an opportunity to make money here, especially for those who are driven and consistent. However, recent changes in leadership have led to noticeable favoritism. Success now seems increasingly tied to being in the right circles rather than just performance. If you're able to navigate or align with that dynamic, you'll likely continue to receive steady work.

Cons

Leadership changes have brought a noticeable shift toward favoritism, which can affect fairness in work distribution. Advancement or consistent opportunities may depend more on who you know rather than what you deliver. Transparency in decision-making has declined, making it harder to predict or rely on steady work. Morale can dip when effort isn’t always recognized equally across the team.

Pros

I've had the pleasure of working at Atripco Delivery Service in the Calgary location, and the management is top-notch. Sam, the manager, is fantastic—always supportive, communicative, and truly invested in her team's growth. Sue, our dispatcher, is incredible. She keeps everything organized and running smoothly, always with a positive attitude. The drivers are some of the best I've worked with—dedicated, hard-working, and always delivering with a smile. It's a great team, and I can't recommend the Calgary branch enough!

Cons

The work-life balance can be a bit challenging, as the office is open 363 days a year, so it requires a high level of commitment. Additionally, since it’s a smaller office opportunities for career advancement can be somewhat limited. However, the close-knit team and supportive management make the work environment rewarding, even with these challenges.
