Pros

I began working at DialAmerica last year to help my husband with some extra income. When circumstances made it difficult for me to work, and they were flexible and understanding. When i was able to work again on a program that suited my abilities, they gladly welcomed me back. The team I work with is a good group of people and I've had opportunities to step up and work with them directly.

Cons

The fast paced nature of changes in business requires being flexible at times.
