unreasonable constant movement of parts of different departments all around the store what causes employees to work nights mostly as movers which is a physically demanding job instead of their regular duties. As a result of this massive night moving, departments stay abandoned during the day, and whoever works days has an extra load since they have to cover for absentees. Constant price changing, unnecessary variety of goods - resulting in jammed shelves & customer confusion when one item goes on top of another one. Customers blame workers for not updating price tags. Mediocre salaries for physically & mentally demanding jobs. High turnover among employees, low or absent pay rise.
