- President of the company is very rude and talks down to you as if you are incompetent.
- Extreme micromanagement
- You are given a set time that you are required to take holidays. Christmas and one week during the summer months. You cannot break these holidays up into single days.
- No work from home policy
- No expense card to pay for gas even though you are required to go to 5 meetings a week
- No expense card for phone or laptops to do your job effectively
- You have to pay the company if you want an Audcomp work shirt. They should just supply you with one as you represent them.
- Ridiculously high quotes to hit
