Pros

Whilst there, there were some very nice people to work with

In my opinion this company is built entirely on lies. The reach they proclaim to have is lies the rhetoric they tell the team is lies and the campaign PCA's are lies. The business has a rich vein of toxicity and are led through fear of losing your job. In my opinion in the time I was there the targets suggested were unachievable and since leaving I have not been paid what I believe I am owed. I am not the only member of staff this is happening to or has happened in the past. I was originally warned by an ex colleague not to join and I didnt listen. I wish I did. Dont make the same mistake

Pros

A product that is unique for game developers Monthly allowance of $60 for gym, and $50 weekly for food. Work from any WeWork in the US (Its all remote)

Cons

No inbound, outbound or sales strategy. It's laughable in that if you ask for it you are asked to provide it? BDMs are siloed, and line manager provides platitudes for advice. Big deals are taken away from you Hiring is not tactical Working weekends is common for things that are not urgent They often fire, average lifespan of team members is 6 months All team members know that this is not a long-term gig

- not much good to share - some great people who have left the business

Cons

- unpleasant interview process - distasteful way to interview - templatized response (no feedback at all)
