Pros
Most of Audiovisions' employees have been with the company for many years. The turnover is very low, which, in my opinion, says a lot about the company's culture and management. Employees are treated well, with fair pay and very good benefits considering the company's size. Management is understanding and very supportive. Most of the people working here are experienced and extremely knowledgeable in regards to all of the latest technologies. This company is one of the leading residential systems integrators in the US, if you want to learn from the best, this is the place to be. At Audiovisions, the expression "A company is only as good as its people" is not only true from a professional standpoint but also from a human relations standpoint. All of the employees are simply good people to work with, I haven't had a single bad experience.
Cons
While there's room for advancement if you start at an entry or junior level, those opportunities are pretty limited and scarce for mid and high management levels.
