      Pros

      The culture at August centers around transparency, fearlessness, and collaboration. From what I have seen in the Bay area, it stands out above the rest. It offers a chance to grow in your role while providing the structure of an inclusive work environment that celebrates honesty and integrity. The benefits are amazing; unlimited vacation, dog friendly workspace, commuter benefits, flexible work- life, lunches, happy hours, just to name a few!

      Pros

      August used to be great. We had great teams, great benefits, and great products. A lot more people were excited to work. August used to be fun and you felt like leadership actually cared.

      Cons

      Fortune killed the culture at August. The company is a shell of what it once was. Everyone who cared about this place is gone and everyone left is desperately trying to scrape by.
