Cons
High turnover rate, Wage compression, Delayed promotions. Retaliation, Discrimination, you will be call out of your color a lot. No 15 minutes breaks you hardly get a lunch, Not much or No vacation time always short staffed. Highly stressful fast paced environment. No time to complete Health streams due to this. No communication and changes always made to the schedule weekly with out inquiring.There are cliques &bullying.No team work. And sabotaging @ this place of business. Employee files are out in open not locked and some employee files are incomplete or missing. Your confidential issues will be known amongst all managers in that department. Unclean environment Housekeeper just removes garbage No cleaning in back areas. Complete burn out of some if not all employees with no plan to rectify it. No real growth in this establishment. Don’t complain to higher management or H.R. because they will kindly write you out the door in whatever scandalous way they can. Employees don’t speak out in fear of retaliation.
