Don't believe the good reviews and HR responses - Anonymous employee Augustine Employee Review

Augustine is one of the worst places I've ever worked. As a creative, you are literally the bottom of the barrel even though you do all the work. If you push back on the account team, it comes back to bite you in the butt. The days off for holidays are all work dependent and the account team always insists on putting in a last-minute request instead of pushing back on the client. The account team is favored and out on a pedestal. They have no rules and can do whatever they want. The team is constantly being walked all over and took advantage of. There is a ton of cliques in the office and if you're not one of "them", you might as well just quit now. They try to push working as a team but the office is split in two and it's always Accounts vs. Creative. The two teams are never one and it shows. Things are constantly slid under the rug and when there's a bad review on here, there are fake reviews posted by current employees to push the bad reviews down. The turnover rate is insane and it's a constant revolving door. Gossip is really bad.
