      * Product is interesting and fun to develop on * The office is nice * Lunch is provided once a month and there are free snacks in the office

      * The culture is very political and toxic * Management is disorganized and plays favorites when it comes to disputes * Leadership is not friendly and there is a divide between management and the workforce * Everyone is afraid of losing their jobs are there is no mutual trust
