Pros

I love my hours, my co-workers and customers. Its fun and great environment. Wonderful management who value their employees. Our products is truly amazing and is helping so many people. Truly rewarding job helping people. Always learning new skills and provide great support.

Cons

Only thing I disagree with is QA evals of our calls. They grade your calls on things they "think" the member "might" feel, estimations ! Nothing that's concrete proof such as the customer saying they felt that way. Each agent grades differently and no consistency! This is the ONLY con to this job other than that I am truly happy!

Cons

Poorly managed mass layoff experience. I was informed by my manager's manager that I was affected by a mass layoff. The "funny" thing is, my own manager was not informed about it. However, during my layoff call with HR and my manager's manager, they outright lied, saying my manager was in the loop and part of the decision-making. After I had already left Aura, my manager reached out to me personally, expressing her surprise and apologizing for how Aura handled the situation. This left a bad taste and damaged my trust in the Aura leadership and culture.
