Really great atmosphere and staff.

Bought out by a much larger company and didn't protect employees.

Good place to learn knew skills and get experience. Before hydrofarms the benefits were good and raises were happening periodically. Good place to barely get by and support family.

Discrimination, thrown to the wolves, lack of leadership, you have to befriend owners and bosses to get raises and promotions, you have to figure it out on your own but if you get it wrong you get disciplined, and HR is a gossip and bad at her job. This company manages using fear instead of democracy. This company cannot keep experienced and/or educated people.
