Bait and Switch - Junior Account Manager Aurora Ripple Enterprises Employee Review

They advertise this is an account manager position, then proceed to have you doing door-to-door sales and say it's to learn a product when in actuality it is to have feet on the ground generating leads which is in itself archaic. You are not reimbursed for travel and it's a turn and burn way of generating leads (aka high turn over). If they want door-to-door sales persons they should note that in the job description. However, they know that the amount of people applying would decrease dramatically. Basically this is the old bait and switch and people should be weary of that. Time is money and I don't like mine being wasted.
