Pros
The strategy behind Aussie Famers is on the money. Supporting Australian Famers and manufacturers is a great brand story. The promise of convenience and taking the confusion out of knowing where your food comes from ticks a lot of consumer boxes.
Cons
The management team could not organize a beer in the pub! The lack of communication/ coordination between departments destroys every advantage the 'Support Aussie Producers' strategy potentially can deliver. It is a very head office centric business, so unless you are working in the Clayton head office, you have no voice and will never be heard.
