Unsafe working environment (likely to be assaulted by clients at some point) Low pay Horrible handling of coronavirus outbreak at hospital No hazard pay for coronavirus Not sure anyone higher than direct boss cares about/is advocating for you Constantly understaffed Never feel like you know everything you need to know about your job (not sure training was adequate enough)
