ABC HR (People & Culture) management lacks leadership, innovation and strategy. Accountability is non existent as is development and opportunity to grow within roles. P&C Management work in a reactionary space only, there is no proactive work delivered. There is duplication across roles, and a general risk adverseness not seen anywhere I've worked previously. There is an absence of consistency in the approach to ER case management which causes an inordinate amount of chaos, confusion and delay. An example of the knee jerk reaction to the poor company-wide engagement score, and lack of strategic thinking was the development of the "Larry" recognition cards... Google it.
