      Work from home flexibility. Some incredible senior clinical leaders

      Cons

      Exploited - what was sold to me was not the actual role. Asked for pay review but that did not occur. Lack of health service administrators at senior level. Aged care compliance leads who lack knowledge of sub-acute care. Smoke and mirrors compliance framework. Accountability for poor behaviours and violation of code of conduct not held.

      Pros

      Great staff to work with Supportive Manager Lovely clients A good minimum pay even if there are roster gaps or no clients to fill your roaster I've worked for three different in home care employers and Australian Unity has been the best.

      Cons

      I often had to drive all over the place. I didn't mind but some find this annoying. Monthly in person meetings.
