      Flexible, supportive environment in all areas except HR. Members first focus is inspiring.

      Cons

      HR treat staff like children. They should focus on living the company values, integrity, excellent outcomes, generosity of spirit and energy. Too busy causing trouble and generally unhelpful. They focus on pitting staff against each other.

      Pros

      Immediate team were great to work with. Exciting and privileged working opportunities only accessible at this scale (of capital).

      Cons

      Culture has materially deteriorated with heavy attrition across the investments department. No prospects for further development and promotions scarcely awarded to people, no support for juniors for training/development and no meaningful strategic direction given exiting CIO. Burned me out insanely
