Pros
Very informal atmosphere; dog friendly; they try to keep people in the stable, so to speak, rather than kicking you to the curb once you've wrapped on a show. That's great if you're looking to stay at one place a while.
Cons
The place is notoriously cheap. One of the showrunners was famously sexist, though she's gone now, last I heard, which is good, because she fired every male that worked on her show.
