We appreciate your time at ALP and all of the work you did for and with our families. Supporting our clients and seeing them progress is the best part of being a Behavior Technician! That’s why we dedicate a great deal of time and resources into our initial onboarding and new hire training. We want our employees to feel confident and prepared when going into their sessions. Our Supervisors and Trainers are also available for additional support along the way for those who might need extra help or a refresher on a particular topic. We do have many opportunities currently for our Behavior Technicians to work more hours, so if someone wasn’t interested in working part-time, they have other options! At the end of the day our goal is to provide our employees with a variety of scheduling options so they can work a schedule that fits their needs while providing support to our families.
