Pros
None can be found. This is a company one would join only if they cannot find anyother job.. I would say - better working at Walmart or flipping burgers then working here and spoiling your health and loosing your family.
Cons
CEO and the crappy sales team make falsse promises to clients .. Then they screw the employees to get the work done.. No ethics. no human values worst is that CEO's common dialog is - if you cant do it find another job. HE or none of the management folks spend nights or weekends working and employees are loosing their families and their health working at this company. IF POSSIBLE work in Walmart then working for this rotten company. Wonder how HUMANA ( so called best company to work for ) has such a rotten apple in the basket.
