      Offers a good commission for every confirmed appointment. Also has a laid back environment and atmosphere. overall a relaxed vibe

      Cons

      The largest con of working here was that there is little to no room to advance to a new position. You are basically stuck in an entry level job.

      Average pay for licensed producers. 1 week paid vacation after one year of service. Fifty percent of health insurance premiums paid by company.

      Cons

      No one to cover for PTO. Owner has no control over company. Senior management is not well versed in insurance. Six day work week.
