Pros

good staff, sales floor is full of fun people trapped in a crummy company.

Cons

Upper management doesn't care at all. They sell you on the idea of making $100,000+ when even their very best make only half that. Motivational posters and stupid catch phrases abound. Very much a revolving door on the sales floor, most reps leave before 3 months. "Benefits" don't start for 6 months... coincidence? I averaged $15/hr there and someone next to me who sold twice as much averaged $20/hr. The whole industry is barely legal, and its basically a scam as they never pay claims yet add a huge markup to their policies. Any company that has to sell their employees on the product this hard, probably isn't worth your time.

Pros

Autoassure is a wonderful company. One of the great things about working for this company is professional goals are easily obtained as long as you go to work on time, have good spirits, and more importantly share the professional goals with management. When i first went to autoassure i was very straight forward in regards to what my expectations were and i explained i didn't mind exuding the proper work ethic and positive attitude to get there. I was assured that my goals were unrealistic (Which was to make $80k or more a year, and have a chance to move up). My first full month as a rep i surpassed the goal i had for myself, which honestly was a pretty hefty goal. Within 8 months i was promoted due to my hard work and dedication.

Cons

I believe every company has areas of growth and if i could suggest anything i would say just give away trips, and vacation.
