      They compensate well since it’s a terrible company to work for.

      Cons

      Terrible health and dental benefits. Awful executive leadership team. HR department is awful, full of women on a power trip. Executives lie and want you to lie to your team. No clear guidance provided on decisions. Constantly restructuring.
