Pros
- Flexible environment in terms of giving space and opportunity to employees to explore and expand their horizon. - Bunch of interesting people who believe in working together and support each other - Lots of benefits are offered to employees which takes care of individuals medical, accidental and term life insurance. I have never seen any company offering so many benefits
Cons
- there is nothing major as such, also many new people have joined the company and trying to fix the issues which persist in the system.
