Coworkers are awesome. The culture is like that of a family, we all look out for each other. The compensation is very much based on your work...you go above and beyond then you will definitely be recognized and compensated accordingly....you do minimal work just to get through the day then you will be compensated according to that. The opportunity for growth and advancement within the company is fantastic. I have had two promotions in my three years, and so have many of my other coworkers. The office itself is a great place to come to everyday - it's clean, modern, stylish, and the break room is like none I've ever seen in an office before. All in all, a great company and great place to work.

The internal training could be a bit better to help new employees.

You're encouraged to be creative, think outside the box and support/help everyone around you. Team work is paramount and we all cross the finish line together at the same time. There are no boundaries in the pursuit of client success and taking care of our clients.

Some times we over complicate things. Let's make a small pool for the family to enjoy and not an Olympic size pool of which 90% is never used.
