      Pros

      Cool office building with a bar and standing desks

      Cons

      Leadership has no clue what they are doing. Co-workers are very cliquey and not very welcoming. Everyone in the entire company seems very fake and untrustworthy. Starting vacation time is at a bare minimum and there aren't very many opportunities to ask for more. Management is very secretive and every day you have the anxiety that the company may go under.

      Good team, pay structure is good, flexible with you and just overall a relaxing environment.

      Cons

      The job can be a bit chaotic and feels like a lack of leadership overall. You will wear many many different hats and often find it hard to balance everything
