      Pros

      Most people, when not engaged in gossiping, were pleasant to deal with and wanted to do a good job. As a small company, you could use the opportunity to get involved in other tasks that were not predominantly in your wheelhouse.

      Cons

      Typical small company issues. There are a finite amount of resources and opportunities. Growth is difficult. No HR function.

      Pros

      It was a job and I got paid.

      Cons

      The CFO (Vince) is awful. No management abilities, made very questionable moves that often crossed the border into illegal. The owner is very controlling over every aspect of the company, but has the CFO running everything as if they plan to sell the company asap. Please avoid this business if you have self-respect.
