Cons
Safa is a delusional dinosaur which is great because their software is also historic. If they spent half their sandwich budget on having a true saas platform then they might have some tech that doesn’t fail every update. Management is literally the old boys club, it’s nice to see they got together again before Christmas for another bunch of layoffs. Safa has to micromanage everything, the managers run round to please him while watching his actions set everything on fire. Most managers only get by on having their nose implanted as far up as possible. Buying a massive office is great however the whole idea of an innovation hub is delusional, the devs don’t have time to develop their too busy trying to fix legacy code and systems that bug every time a update launches. This isn’t a place that values you as a human being or even an employee, the only person with a brain on the management team is Jon.
