good place to work - General Operative Autofulfil Employee Review

As a member of the corporate leadership team, I've been treated with respect, transparency, and autonomy. I'm encouraged to take risks and try new things for innovation and growth, which is refreshing. Most importantly, the entire team is very friendly and caring, and treat me as a person first, and a worker second. I'm shown patience, empathy, and accommodation for some health disabilities that I struggle with, which is difficult to find. Work life balance has been great. Our customers are also extremely satisfied with us, so I'm confident in standing by our service quality. All in all, I'm happier in this role than in any role I've ever been in before.

The company is growing very quickly and sometimes it feels like the departments are a bit siloed and disjointed from each other. Cross-departmental collaboration isn't discouraged at all, but it's also not a top priority. This is something executive leadership is working on though!

Working at Autofulfil was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The team is incredibly helpful and friendly, which makes the overall environment very positive. My team leads, Cathal and Lintu, were always supportive and patient, teaching me new things every day and ensuring I could balance my college schedule easily. The company maintains excellent hygiene standards and genuinely cares about its employees’ well-being. I always felt part of a team where everyone helps each other out, it feels like a family.

Honestly, I didn’t find anything frustrating about working at Autofulfil.
