Pros
As a member of the corporate leadership team, I've been treated with respect, transparency, and autonomy. I'm encouraged to take risks and try new things for innovation and growth, which is refreshing. Most importantly, the entire team is very friendly and caring, and treat me as a person first, and a worker second. I'm shown patience, empathy, and accommodation for some health disabilities that I struggle with, which is difficult to find. Work life balance has been great. Our customers are also extremely satisfied with us, so I'm confident in standing by our service quality. All in all, I'm happier in this role than in any role I've ever been in before.
Cons
The company is growing very quickly and sometimes it feels like the departments are a bit siloed and disjointed from each other. Cross-departmental collaboration isn't discouraged at all, but it's also not a top priority. This is something executive leadership is working on though!
