A few very smart and ambitious people still in the company.
Cons
Since the layoffs in October, morale has significantly eroded and the culture has simply died. There's a constant tension in the air, and I've watched a steady stream of talented people leave. Accountability is often replaced with finger-pointing. Collaboration suffers when people are more focused on avoiding blame than getting things done. I've watched strong performers get pushed aside simply because they weren't liked by a single person in the leadership team. Performance feels secondary if you try raising concerns. The leadership team knows exactly what's behind all of this. Everyone knows. Yet nothing changes.
