- Company is rich enough to invest and own any Profitable known brand to milk the cow (a profile of an economic model) - Working hours are accurate, transparent and well respected. - Your payment is guaranteed and most of time is on time!
Cons
- No Meritocracy. - This company do not have and can not create any value by itself, it just buys the created values and use them till they are profitable. - Management approaches ( HR, R&D, IT, Operations, Sales) are old-fashioned and classic the same way as last century. - Client is the least important object of the business. - You must provide a local bank to receive your salary!
