Pros
The company tries to offer a family feel but over the years this has faded with the new executive staff that has been brought in. The company is flexible with work times and working around family obligations. It's a relaxed place to work.
Cons
Nepotism is the name of the game and salaries are under market. Also depending on which department you're in don't expect to see a raise--ever! The company will promise you bonuses and either cut them or they never come to fruition. Depending on who your manager is depends on how you can use you PTO or make up time and there is no career advancement unless you're in the favored few. You get stuck in a position with no no way to advance and no salary increase. The company has gone through many incarnations and changes some to the good but most have lost the family feel that the company once had that has brought down the company morale and atmosphere.
