Pros
The coaching is top-knotch. Both Presidents regularly give motivation and efficiency coaching. The Senior Appointment Managers give really pointed, excellent feedback and are amazing listeners. There's even AI coaching available. You can choose your hours weekly, as an Independent Contractor. This is a 1099 position, so one must set aside funds to pay their own taxes. Must work a minimum of 10 hours a week needed in order to be eligible for regular raises, based on meeting goals.
Cons
Perhaps having to switch between alot of clients is a challenge, but can be met by using best practices.
