Pros

Co-worker is extremely helpful and willing to lend you a hand even when they're busy. Little to none politic in the company, very unlikely to get sabotaged. Get the chance to do vast diversity of works, even though that won't make you an expert in certain area.

Cons

This could go endless, but long story short, it's the matter of company culture and management, as well as the person in charge. Inhumane management, and treat employee like a workhorse as if workers are the robot built in the company with no personal life and drink petrol to live. New employees are often thrown into deep ocean and expect to survive with no diving gears and dive tank offered to you.

Pros

Exciting opportunity, has potential but it was in the wrong hands

Cons

All employees look dead. Not open to negotiation. No hr for proper hiring or formal agreement(not to babysit). Just see how the management reply to the reviews on glassdoor. Exploitation of new grads at its finest. Pro tip: if bond is offered dont take. 1.5 years? 500/month? + $9000 severance? If leave 1 year = $6000+$9000 good luck to you. If leave 1 month, $9500 able to pay? Unable to see potential in employees. No senior staffs only new grad hire.
