Smoking hours, Colleagues, 1/2 cake size bonus to 1 particular manager. Company is managed by 2 particular dictators whom is overqualified compared than the actual qualified personnel's. Always emphasize on shopee orders. As shopee orders are important than staffs well being.
Cons
Always lack of budget for employee's career advancement. Always find FOC training for staffs except for directorial level. Higher management/politics and problems. Staff turnaround relatively high due to certain individuals. Always assume fresh graduate as an ideal option due to cost saving options
